Georgia Southern University
June 9-16, 2019 in Savannah, Georgia
In this intensive eight-day workshop for singers and conductors, Choral and Voice Institute Participants receive lessons and coachings. In addition, master classes will be given by institute voice faculty members and guest artists (TBA). Participants all perform in a group recital, as well as rehearse daily with the festival chorus, culminating in the final choral concert at the conclusion of the week. Opportunities also include potential choral solo performances in the final concert. Choral Festival Participants work with conductors and clinicians daily throughout the week. Choral Conducting Interns receive intense mentorship with conducting faculty (individually, and in festival choir rehearsals), with the potential of conducting a selection on the final concert.
